Drew Higgins

Drew Higgins serves as Director of Business Development at BDI Roofing Group, bringing nine years of roofing experience and a strong background in customer service and sales leadership. Prior to entering the roofing industry, Drew built his career within a national steel and aluminum distribution company, where he advanced through various sales roles. He began as an inside sales representative in Philadelphia and later relocated to Georgia to help launch a new branch location, gaining valuable experience in relationship building, market growth, and customer-focused strategy.

At BDI Roofing Group, Drew specializes in overseeing and elevating the customer experience and leading our sales team. He believes BDI is, at its core, a customer service organization that happens to be in the roofing business, and that how clients are cared for throughout the process is what truly sets the company apart. Drew is especially passionate about developing high-performing sales teams and helping his teammates grow both professionally and personally. He also takes great pride in earning clients’ trust as they make decisions about one of their most significant investments, their roof.

Drew is known for his commitment to exceeding customer expectations, pairing exceptional service with deep industry knowledge to deliver lasting value. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, getting out on the golf course when time allows, and tackling projects around the house. One fun fact many may not know is that Drew was a collegiate swimmer in Pennsylvania, where he met his wife while competing at the collegiate level.
