Dustin Jordan

Dustin serves as Director of Business Development at BDI Roofing Group, where he focuses on strategic market growth, enterprise account development, and supporting the continued growth of BDI’s sales and marketing teams.

Roofing has been part of Dustin’s life from an early age. His grandfather, father, and uncle all worked in the roofing industry, giving him firsthand exposure to the trade long before beginning his own career. After serving in the United States Marine Corps, Dustin returned home and began working as a roofing technician. He later transitioned into account management and business development, gaining experience across both the operational and relationship-building sides of the industry.

Dustin is especially passionate about developing people. He believes strong teams are built through continual learning, clear communication, and giving people the tools and support they need to succeed. He brings that same mindset to his role at BDI as the company continues to strengthen existing relationships, develop new opportunities, and expand into new markets.

Outside of work, Dustin enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys, coaching youth sports, camping, and grilling.
