Mark Robinson

Mark Robinson serves as Commercial Operations Manager at BDI Roofing Group, bringing more than 15 years of experience in the roofing and construction industry. His career began with managing large-scale construction projects early on, where he developed a strong foundation in project planning, budget control, and operational efficiency.

Mark specializes primarily in flat roofing systems and oversees commercial operations, focusing on delivering high-quality results while keeping projects on schedule and under budget. He is passionate about balancing operational precision with customer satisfaction, ensuring each project meets performance standards and exceeds client expectations.

With a strong background in process improvement and safety, Mark holds a Six Sigma Green Belt and formal project management training. He is also OSHA 30 certified, trained in First Aid and CPR, and certified in equipment operation, including forklifts, LULLs, and hoisting and rigging. These qualifications support his commitment to safety, efficiency, and disciplined execution on every jobsite.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, and relaxing at the lake. A fun fact many may not know is that he is a former nationally registered EMT, a role that reflects his calm leadership, attention to detail, and dedication to helping others.
