Mike Cucuzza

Mike Cucuzza serves as Vice President of Service at BDI Roofing Group, bringing 18 years of experience in the roofing and construction industry. His career has been built from the ground up, having worked in nearly every operational role within a roofing organization. This hands-on progression has given Mike a comprehensive understanding of roofing operations, from field execution to leadership and strategic oversight.

Beginning his career in service operations, Mike advanced through roles including service foreman, project manager, estimator, and sales, eventually moving into regional and executive leadership. Over the years, he has played a key role in building and scaling commercial roofing service operations, helping establish systems, teams, and processes that drive long-term success.

Today, Mike oversees commercial service operations for BDI Roofing Group, with a strong focus on service delivery. He is especially passionate about helping customers solve problems and implementing long-term roofing solutions that protect their assets and support their goals. His approach combines practical experience with a commitment to operational excellence and accountability.

Mike holds a 10 Hour OSHA certification and believes what truly sets BDI Roofing Group apart is its culture and unwavering commitment to excellence. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and spending time with his girlfriend Rachel and his nine-year-old son, Jack. A fun fact many may not know is that Mike was an avid tournament softball player for 20 years.
